Below are the answer to questions we are usually asked. We hope you find this information useful, however if we have left something out please feel free to contact us.

  • How does it work? Are the wedding gowns already prepared?

    No. All our wedding gowns and wedding suits are made-to-measure. That means, we take your measurements and send to our factories for your dress or suit to be made just for you. You have the option to choose different colours as well. Our wedding attires are custom-made with you in mind.
  • Can I use my toilor or seamstress to take my measurements?

    Yes you can. If you prefer to come to our office in Sunyani for us to take your measurements, that's also possible. Please click here to contact us if you need to come to our office.
  • DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

    NO! However in order to track your parcel, you may need an account.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?

    You can request your password to be reset by entering your email address on the Forgotten Password page and we'll send you a link in order to reset it.
  • HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

    We accept cash payments, bank transfers or Mobile Money. To use one of our payment methods, please contact Bismark on 0249 612 507 for further information.
  • DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR DELIVERY?

    We always offer prices that include Postage, subject to a very reasonable minimum order spend.
  • Can I pay for my wedding dress/suit in instalments?

    Yes! We offer finance on a 0% APR. You just have to make 50% deposit for the item and the remaining balance will be split into weekly or monthly payments for you. Just Ask!
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    If you've created an account you can track your order and view older orders online by logging in using this My Orders link. If you haven't created an account you won't be able to track your orders through the website, please contact us for more information about your order.
  • CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?

    As soon as we receive your order, we send it to our warehouse so that they can start work packing it for you, so unfortunately we can't make any changes. If you do need to make an alteration please contact us and we'll cancel your original order and place a fresh one for you.
  • DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?

    Not at the moment, however this is something we are possibly considering for the future, when you subscribe to our newsletter you will see information on the news page regarding any decision we have made about offering Vouchers.
  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

    One month. It takes 3 weeks to process your order and a week to post to you.

Our wedding gowns and suits are perfect for all social events and occasions including weddings and church functions, ladies days, public events and ceremonies.

We also have wedding accessories and cocktail hats that can be dyed to match your outfit.
